Recent figures in the national press show an increase of 40% in home holiday bookings for this year, so now is a great time to invest in facilities such as the Microlodge range.
Using information from units already in situ, that at a realistic price structure of between £35 to £40 per night for 2 persons sharing, with a £5 surcharge per additional person, (dependant on seasonal price ranging), a microlodge's purchase cost can be covered after only 6 months occupancy in the season.
The Microlodge comes complete with bunks, mattresses, lighting, smoke alarm, full wiring and heater. There are no added extras.
Of course, the microlodge is also an ideal option for early Spring and late Autumn breaks, thereby extending the seasonal range.
The design of our lodges also mean that after a sweep and mop-out, a microlodge can be ready for new occupancy in a minimal amount of time.
All internals are solid and robust, allowing the unit to take heavy abuse from hiking boots and rucksacks etc. with minimal damage.
Another added bonus is that your microlodges can be sited in what would sometimes be 'unsuitable pitch areas', such as bankings and woodland, thereby extending your sites earning capacity.
We can also produce adaptations of the microlodge to allow for 'special needs' groups. Generally, this will involve the microlodge having 2 sleeping bunks and plenty of wheelchair space within the main cabin, plus ramped access and wider doors than standard. Any other changes can be requested at the design stage.
We at Microlodge do our best to keep prices as low as possible. To do this, we employ no sales team or print brochures, as costs such as these would have to be covered within the selling price and passed on to our customers.
