Questions that should be asked when buying a 'Glamping' Unit

Is there any end grain of the exterior wood showing, and if so, is it sealed?

If there are shingles fitted, are they sealed to a facia to stop 'wind lift'?

Is the floor sealed? Floorboarding lets in sheep-muck and dirt, and will expand/contract.

Are there any breakable fittings inside? You may have 800+ customers in your unit per season.

Can kids get splinters from the exterior wood finish?

Can you contact existing site owners for performance references?

Does the wiring come with a certificate?

Is the wiring inside conduit pipe and have safety breakers?

Is there a hard-wired smoke alarm and heater fitted as standard?

Is there plenty of storage space inside the unit?

Are the doors a quality double glazed, as wooden doors may expand/contract over time?

Is there plenty of sockets for your phones, laptop etc?

Are there enough lights in the unit?
